Prerequisite: GRMN 30053 or GRMN 30063 with grades of C- or better, or permission. This course addresses the main developments in German history, philosophy, science and the arts, with emphasis on the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. All class discussion and assignments in German, providing advanced practice in grammar and usage.
